CPGIO has acquired ShoppingGives to integrate the latter's commerce-enabled philanthropic platform into CPGIO's e-commerce and CPG technology stack. As part of the deal, ShoppingGives co-founder Ronny Sage joins CPGIO as Senior Vice President of Strategy to lead integration and product growth, expanding CPGIO's capabilities across e-commerce, DTC, and marketplace solutions.

The acquisition adds Qgiv's online giving, event registration and peer-to-peer fundraising capabilities to Bloomerang's fundraising, CRM and volunteer management platform; the combined company has about 500 employees and more than 23,000 customers.
