Accenture has completed its acquisition of SKS Group, a Germany-based consulting firm that helps banks across Germany, Austria and Switzerland modernize technology and meet regulatory requirements using SAP S/4HANA. Approximately 500 SKS Group professionals join Accenture Technology; financial terms were not disclosed.

Wipro Acquires 4C to Bolster Salesforce Capabilities in EMEA

Wipro Limited has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 4C, a leading independent Salesforce Platinum Partner headquartered in Mechelen, Belgium, for a reported €68 million. The deal brings over 350 4C employees across the UK, France, Benelux, Nordics and the Middle East into Wipro's global Salesforce practice to strengthen its Quote-to-Cash and multi-cloud capabilities in EMEA.

Capgemini Acquires Cloud4C

The approximately 1,600-strong Cloud4C team and its AI/hyper-automation platforms will expand Capgemini's cloud managed services, bolster its generative AI and AIOps capabilities, and accelerate the Group’s SAP (including RISE with SAP) offerings.
