Capgemini announced the closing of its acquisition of Cloud4C, a provider of automation-driven managed services for hybrid, private, public and sovereign cloud environments. The approximately 1,600-strong Cloud4C team and its AI/hyper-automation platforms will expand Capgemini's cloud managed services, bolster its generative AI and AIOps capabilities, and accelerate the Group’s SAP (including RISE with SAP) offerings.

McKinsey & Company Acquires S4G Consulting

McKinsey & Company has acquired Madrid-based S4G Consulting, a Salesforce Platinum Partner that specializes in Salesforce CRM implementations and digital commerce transformation. The deal expands McKinsey's capability in rapid Salesforce implementation and tech-enabled CRM services to accelerate end-to-end growth transformations for clients.

Wipro Acquires Capco from CD&R for $1.45 Billion

Wipro Limited agreed to acquire Capco, a London-headquartered management and technology consultancy focused on financial services, for $1.45 billion. The transaction represents an exit for Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (which held a majority stake) and builds Wipro's capabilities in digital consulting and transformation for banking, capital markets, wealth management and insurance clients.

Infosys Acquires Simplus, Leading Salesforce Platinum Partner

Infosys announced a definitive agreement to acquire Simplus, a Salesforce Platinum Partner headquartered in Salt Lake City, to strengthen its enterprise cloud and Salesforce capabilities and expand its presence in the United States and Australia. The acquisition, expected to close in Infosys' fiscal Q4 2020, adds Simplus' expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing, implementation, integration and managed services along with offices across North America, Australia, the UK and a delivery center in Manila.

Wipro Acquires LeanSwift Solutions

Wipro Limited has signed an agreement to acquire LeanSwift Solutions, a Florida-headquartered Infor systems integrator specializing in ERP, e-commerce and supply chain solutions. The deal strengthens Wipro's Infor cloud practice and expands the capabilities of Wipro FullStride Cloud Services; the transaction was announced December 15, 2021 and was expected to close by March 31, 2022.

Mediaocean Acquires 4C Insights

Mediaocean entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 4C Insights, a Chicago-based marketing technology and data science company, to integrate 4C's intelligence and Scope CEP into Mediaocean's system of record for omnichannel advertising. The transaction (terms undisclosed) is intended to add cross-channel intelligence and optimization to Mediaocean's end-to-end media management platform and was expected to close in July 2020.
