Mediaocean Acquires 4C Insights

Mediaocean entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 4C Insights, a Chicago-based marketing technology and data science company, to integrate 4C's intelligence and Scope CEP into Mediaocean's system of record for omnichannel advertising. The transaction (terms undisclosed) is intended to add cross-channel intelligence and optimization to Mediaocean's end-to-end media management platform and was expected to close in July 2020.
