Bonterra Acquires DonorDrive

Bonterra, the Austin-based social good software company, has acquired DonorDrive, a provider of peer-to-peer and digital fundraising solutions. DonorDrive was sold by parent company InvoiceCloud; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will integrate DonorDrive into Bonterra's suite to provide a unified fundraising experience and bolster data for its AI-enabled fundraising capabilities.

GiveCampus Acquires Community Funded

GiveCampus, the fundraising platform for educational institutions, has acquired Community Funded, a provider of giving-day and crowdfunding technology. The deal—GiveCampus's first acquisition—expands its product capabilities and integrates Community Funded’s customer success, support, product and engineering teams to broaden social fundraising services for K–12 and higher-education customers; GiveCampus completed the acquisition following a $50 million growth investment led by Silversmith Capital Partners.

GoFundMe Acquires Classy

isolved Acquires Givful

The acquisition integrates Givful’s giving and volunteering capabilities into isolved’s People Cloud to expand employee engagement and CSR functionality for SMB and mid-market customers.

CPGIO Acquires ShoppingGives

As part of the deal, ShoppingGives co-founder Ronny Sage joins CPGIO as Senior Vice President of Strategy to lead integration and product growth, expanding CPGIO's capabilities across e-commerce, DTC, and marketplace solutions.
