Bloomerang Acquires Qgiv

Indianapolis-based Bloomerang acquired Lakeland, Florida-based fundraising software firm Qgiv in a deal that closed in December. The acquisition adds Qgiv's online giving, event registration and peer-to-peer fundraising capabilities to Bloomerang's fundraising, CRM and volunteer management platform; the combined company has about 500 employees and more than 23,000 customers.
