National Dentex Labs (NDX) has acquired Biotech Dental Prosthetics of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; terms were not disclosed. The Biotech lab will relocate into NDX’s Jupiter, Florida headquarters, with Biotech president Frank Lavonia III becoming general manager of NDX’s new lab; the acquisition expands NDX’s Florida footprint as its fifth full-service lab in the state.

The combined organization is majority-owned by Berkshire Partners; Affordable Dentures & Implants has more than 260 affiliated practices while DDS Dentures + Implant Solutions supports 52 practices across seven states.
