EdgePoint has secured over 10,000 sites across Indonesia and Malaysia, including a controlling stake in PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, the purchase of 4,247 towers from Indosat Ooredoo (sale‑leaseback), and the acquisition of Asiaspace in Malaysia to accelerate 5G infrastructure deployment.

The stake was purchased from Goldman Sachs, Sixth Street Partners and founder Robin Khuda, who will retain a material stake and remain CEO; the investment will accelerate AirTrunk's planned expansion across the Asia-Pacific.
