Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) has agreed to acquire an additional 50% stake in TDC Group from PFA, PKA and ATP, which will result in Macquarie managing 100% of the capital in TDC Group. The move secures full ownership to continue investments in Denmark’s digital infrastructure—completing fibre rollout, accelerating 5G coverage and furthering IT/cloud transformation and sustainability initiatives across TDC NET and Nuuday.
