TSG Group has acquired a majority stake in Gasodata, a Portugal-based provider of systems, payment solutions and installation/maintenance services for gas stations and private customers. The deal (TSG's sixth acquisition this year) strengthens TSG's presence in Portugal and supports its expansion in new mobility energy solutions including electric, gas and hydrogen.
