TSG, the European technical-services group for responsible mobility, has acquired Madrid-based electrical services and engineering firm HEMAG S.A. The deal brings HEMAG's ~160 engineers and technicians and €13m turnover into TSG's Iberian electrical division to accelerate EV charging and electrical infrastructure capabilities in Spain.

TSG Acquires Ranzato Impianti Srl in Italy

The deal — an add-on to TSG's roll-up in Europe — brings nearly 200 employees and over €30 million in revenue, strengthening TSG’s capabilities in electric mobility, electrical installations, thermo-hydraulics and energy-efficiency services while expanding its Italian footprint.

TSG Group Acquires Majority Stake in Gasodata
