TSG has acquired Ranzato Impianti Srl, an electrical and energy-services firm based in Padua, Italy. The deal — an add-on to TSG's roll-up in Europe — brings nearly 200 employees and over €30 million in revenue, strengthening TSG’s capabilities in electric mobility, electrical installations, thermo-hydraulics and energy-efficiency services while expanding its Italian footprint.
