iFIT Health & Fitness Inc. has acquired Sweat, the Adelaide-based digital fitness platform founded by Kayla Itsines and Tobi Pearce. Sweat will remain a standalone brand and continue to be led by its co-founders as iFIT looks to expand its subscription content, international reach and women's-focused fitness offerings; financial terms were not disclosed.

Wellable Acquires DailyEndorphin

Wolverine World Wide Acquires Sweaty Betty

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. acquired Sweaty Betty, the London-based women's activewear brand, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $410 million. The deal (effective August 2, 2021) purchased Lady of Leisure InvestCo Limited — the entity that owns Sweaty Betty — from L Catterton and other shareholders and is intended to accelerate Wolverine's digital, apparel and international growth.
