Eagle Fire Inc., a portfolio company of Rosewood Private Investments, has acquired Virginia-based fire protection firms Liberty Fire Solutions and Pro‑Tec Fire Solutions. The add-on deals expand Eagle Fire’s service capabilities and strengthen its presence in Southwest and Central Virginia, offering broader inspection, service, installation and monitoring support for industrial, commercial and government customers.
