SRI Holdings Acquires Accurate Insulation

SRI Holdings LLC, a Columbus-based installer of insulation and other building products, has acquired Accurate Insulation, an installer operating in the Detroit, Michigan market. Accurate will continue to operate under its name with owners Jim Prokes and Dave Roeder remaining with the business and will be integrated into SRI's systems as part of SRI's ongoing roll-up of regional contractors.

TopBuild Acquires Residential Insulation Business of SRI Holdings

TopBuild Corp. has acquired the assets of the residential insulation business of SRI Holdings, LLC, adding approximately $62 million of revenue and expanding TopBuild's presence across Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, Florida, Alabama and South Carolina. The acquisition integrates SRI's residential installation operations into TopBuild's Installation segment and strengthens its footprint in key U.S. residential markets.
