TopBuild Acquires Residential Insulation Business of SRI Holdings

TopBuild Corp. has acquired the assets of the residential insulation business of SRI Holdings, LLC, adding approximately $62 million of revenue and expanding TopBuild's presence across Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, Florida, Alabama and South Carolina. The acquisition integrates SRI's residential installation operations into TopBuild's Installation segment and strengthens its footprint in key U.S. residential markets.

Parkfield will continue to operate under its name with owner Bill Hatfield remaining on the team while the business is integrated into SRI's systems and employee benefits programs.

SRI Atlanta LLC Acquires Right Choice Installations (RCI)

SRI Atlanta LLC (Southern Residential Installations) has acquired Right Choice Installations (RCI), an Atlanta-based installer of insulation, garage doors, fireplaces, gutters and related specialties. RCI, which reported approximately $8.0 million in LTM sales, will continue to be led by Chase Leonard and David Wilson and will be integrated into SRI's Southeast installation platform to accelerate growth in the Atlanta market.

SEI Group Acquires Sacramento Insulation, Inc.

The add‑on expands SEI's footprint into California and bolsters its presence in single‑family, multi‑family and light commercial new construction markets; terms were not disclosed.

The transaction adds Accurate’s fabrication and distribution capabilities in the St. Louis and Columbus markets to Belt Power’s national footprint to support accelerated organic and acquisition-driven growth.
