Digital media company Blexr has acquired HomeGrounds.co, a content site and online community for home baristas. FE International served as sell-side advisor and the site's founder Alex Azoury (Tailend Media) sold the asset; Blexr said the purchase supports its expansion into the coffee vertical and broader content product verticals.
