Unica Acquires Security Management Company EAL

Unica, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, has acquired EAL, a Netherlands-based developer and implementer of security management and access control systems. EAL will join Unica’s Access & Security cluster (alongside Nsecure and Unica Smart Security), strengthening Unica’s capability to offer integrated development, installation, management and maintenance of access and security systems across healthcare, government, transport and financial end markets.
