Beacon Roofing Supply Acquires General Siding Supply

Beacon Roofing Supply (Beacon) completed the acquisition of General Siding Supply, a Midwest building-products distributor headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, adding five branches across Nebraska, Iowa and North Dakota. The purchase expands Beacon's branch footprint in key Midwest markets and deepens its siding, windows and doors offering while bringing General Siding customers access to Beacon's Beacon PRO+ digital ordering platform.

Crabtree generated approximately $1 million in annual sales; Beacon said the acquisition will expand its presence in Tennessee, particularly the market between Nashville and Knoxville.
