Beacon Roofing Supply (Nasdaq: BECN) acquired Crabtree Siding and Supply, a Cookeville, Tennessee-based wholesale distributor of residential exterior building materials, effective January 1, 2022. Crabtree generated approximately $1 million in annual sales; Beacon said the acquisition will expand its presence in Tennessee, particularly the market between Nashville and Knoxville.
