Argos Wityu Acquires Majority Stake in Groupe Routin from Seven2

Argos Wityu, via its Argos Climate Action fund, has acquired the majority stake in French beverage-ingredients maker Groupe Routin from Seven2 (formerly Apax Partners). Management, employees and existing minority investors UI Investissement and Crédit Mutuel Equity are reinvesting alongside Argos Wityu as the company continues its international growth and sustainability agenda; Groupe Routin generated €115M revenue (FY2023) and employs more than 240 people.
