ROKER Inc. completed an asset purchase of Edmonton-based SecurePark Technologies, a SaaS parking enforcement and management platform, closing on July 15, 2021. SecurePark's team, IP and recurring revenue stream have been integrated into ROKER to create a complete end-to-end parking management and enforcement solution; consideration was cash and stock (undisclosed).

Harris' i2 Group Acquires Rosoka Software

Harris Computer Corporation, has acquired Rosoka Software Inc to extend i2's intelligence analysis platform with Rosoka's multilingual natural language processing and unstructured data extraction capabilities. The acquisition integrates Rosoka's text analytics into i2's product line to better support homeland security, law enforcement and financial crime investigations globally.

Red Hat Acquires Kubernetes-Native Security Leader StackRox
