Burnham Holdings, Inc. acquired the assets of Combustion Services, Inc. (CSI Services) of York, Pennsylvania to bolster its Thermal InMotion rental boiler business. Terms were not disclosed; CSI's owner Doug Tyger will work with Burnham's Thermal InMotion team during a 12-month transition.
