Dover Acquires Malema Engineering Corporation

Dover Corporation has agreed to acquire Malema Engineering Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of high-precision flow-measurement and control instruments, for $225 million in cash plus up to $50 million in contingent consideration. Malema, based in Boca Raton, Florida, will join Dover’s PSG business unit and expand Dover’s single-use bioprocessing offerings while strengthening its presence in semiconductor and industrial end markets.
