OPW Clean Energy Solutions, a Dover company, has acquired Acme Cryogenics from Graham Partners. Acme Cryogenics, headquartered in Allentown, Pennsylvania, is a manufacturer of cryogenic equipment and provider of field services serving end markets including the hydrogen economy, healthcare, and food & beverage; Graham Partners said the sale follows significant revenue and EBITDA growth and successful value-creation initiatives during its ownership.

Dover Acquires Cryogenic Machinery Corp (Cryo-Mach)

The business will join Dover's PSG organization within the Pumps & Process Solutions segment to expand Dover's capabilities and presence in the cryogenic end market serving industrial gas and transportation applications; terms were not disclosed.

Dover (OPW Global) Acquires Marshall Excelsior Company for $395M

Dover Corporation has acquired Marshall Excelsior Company (MEC) for $395 million in cash; MEC will be integrated into Dover's OPW Global operating unit within the Clean Energy & Fueling segment. Marshall Excelsior, headquartered in Marshall, Michigan, supplies mission-critical flow control components for LPG and cryogenic markets and generated approximately $120 million in revenue in 2023.

Dover Acquires SPS Cryogenics B.V. and Special Gas Systems B.V.

Dover Acquires Transchem Group

Dover has completed the acquisition of Transchem Group, a Cambridge, Ontario–based supplier of car wash chemicals, water reclaim systems and related technology, integrating it into OPW's Vehicle Wash Solutions business within Dover’s Clean Energy & Fueling segment. The deal adds chemistry, water-reclamation technology and a digital platform to Dover’s product portfolio to drive cross-sell opportunities and operational synergies across North America; terms were not disclosed.

Holcim Acquires OX Engineered Products

Headquartered in Michigan, OX manufactures integrated structural sheathing and thermal insulation products for residential and commercial building envelopes; Wind Point acquired OX in 2018 and helped scale the business prior to the sale.
