Dover Corporation Acquires Engineered Controls International (RegO) and Acme Cryogenics

Dover Corporation has agreed to acquire Engineered Controls International, LLC (RegO) from Windjammer Capital for $631 million in cash and has completed the acquisition of Acme Cryogenics, Inc. for $295 million in cash. Both businesses will join Dover's OPW Global operating unit within its Fueling Solutions segment to expand Dover's capabilities in cryogenic, LNG, LPG and other clean-fuel applications.
