Acme Cryogenics, headquartered in Allentown, Pennsylvania, is a manufacturer of cryogenic equipment and provider of field services serving end markets including the hydrogen economy, healthcare, and food & beverage; Graham Partners said the sale follows significant revenue and EBITDA growth and successful value-creation initiatives during its ownership.

Dover Corporation Acquires ipp Pump Products GmbH

The purchase expands Dover/PSG's capabilities in hygienic applications serving food & beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and other mission-critical end markets; terms were not disclosed.

Dover Corporation Acquires Engineered Controls International (RegO) and Acme Cryogenics

Dover Corporation has agreed to acquire Engineered Controls International, LLC (RegO) from Windjammer Capital for $631 million in cash and has completed the acquisition of Acme Cryogenics, Inc. for $295 million in cash. Both businesses will join Dover's OPW Global operating unit within its Fueling Solutions segment to expand Dover's capabilities in cryogenic, LNG, LPG and other clean-fuel applications.

CVC DIF Acquires SPS International and CTC Moyson to Expand HiSERV GSE Platform

CVC DIF (the infrastructure strategy of CVC) has agreed to acquire S-P-S International from Strikwerda Investments and management and CTC Moyson Airport Equipment from the Moyson family. Both companies will be combined with existing platform HiSERV (led by Roland Ueckert) to create a pan‑European ground support equipment (GSE) leasing and services leader; the transactions are expected to close in Q4 2024.

EVAPCO Acquires Systèmes LMP to Form Evapco Systems LMP

U.S.-based manufacturer EVAPCO has acquired Canadian transcritical CO2 systems maker Systèmes LMP (LMP) and will operate the combined business as Evapco Systems LMP out of Laval, Quebec. The deal combines EVAPCO's ammonia refrigeration capabilities with LMP's CO2 technology to expand EVAPCO's natural refrigerant portfolio and gain entry into supermarket/food-retail and North American CO2 markets; terms were not disclosed.
