Dover Corporation Acquires Engineered Controls International (RegO) and Acme Cryogenics

Dover Corporation has agreed to acquire Engineered Controls International, LLC (RegO) from Windjammer Capital for $631 million in cash and has completed the acquisition of Acme Cryogenics, Inc. for $295 million in cash. Both businesses will join Dover's OPW Global operating unit within its Fueling Solutions segment to expand Dover's capabilities in cryogenic, LNG, LPG and other clean-fuel applications.

Dover Acquires SPS Cryogenics B.V. and Special Gas Systems B.V.

The acquisition expands OPW CES's cryogenic vacuum‑insulated piping and gas systems capabilities and strengthens Dover's European presence to support growing demand in clean energy and industrial gas markets.

Dover Acquires Cryogenic Machinery Corp (Cryo-Mach)

The business will join Dover's PSG organization within the Pumps & Process Solutions segment to expand Dover's capabilities and presence in the cryogenic end market serving industrial gas and transportation applications; terms were not disclosed.

Dover (OPW Global) Acquires Marshall Excelsior Company for $395M

Dover Corporation has acquired Marshall Excelsior Company (MEC) for $395 million in cash; MEC will be integrated into Dover's OPW Global operating unit within the Clean Energy & Fueling segment. Marshall Excelsior, headquartered in Marshall, Michigan, supplies mission-critical flow control components for LPG and cryogenic markets and generated approximately $120 million in revenue in 2023.

Cryopeak Energy Solutions Acquires LNG Assets from Campus Energy Partners

Cryopeak Energy Solutions Corporation — formed by the merger of Cryopeak LNG Solutions Corporation and Ferus Natural Gas Fuels Inc. — has acquired all LNG assets from Campus Energy Partners Infrastructure LP, including a regional LNG production facility in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. The deal makes Cryopeak the largest private, vertically integrated LNG producer and service provider in Canada, expanding its production capacity, transportation fleet and regional footprint.
