Total Sanitation Services, a portfolio company of Trivest Partners, has acquired Pit Stop Portables, a leading provider of portable sanitation solutions in Western Canada headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. Pit Stop will retain its brand and management (with Rob Mitchell continuing to lead Western Canada operations) while leveraging Total Sanitation Services' scale and Trivest's capital to expand footprint and pursue additional add-on acquisitions.

Tasty Chick'n (Triton Pacific Affiliate) Acquires Portfolio of 90 Franchised KFC and KFC/Taco Bell Restaurants

Tasty Restaurant Group (Tasty Hut) Acquires 37 Pizza Hut Locations

Tasty Restaurant Group, through its affiliate Tasty Hut and backed by Los Angeles-based private equity firm Triton Pacific, acquired 37 franchised Pizza Hut restaurants (34 in Northern Virginia and 3 in West Virginia). The deal expands Tasty Hut’s existing Pizza Hut portfolio and is intended to increase regional market share and operational economies of scale.
