The deal accompanies senior leadership changes at Pondurance, including Doug Howard as CEO and Niloofar Razi Howe as Board Chair, and will support geographic expansion and potential strategic M&A.

Cycode Acquires Bearer

Application security platform Cycode has acquired Bearer, a SAST startup that also provides API discovery and data-leak protection, to integrate Bearer’s AI-powered static analysis and remediation capabilities into its Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) platform. Financial terms were not disclosed; Cycode will migrate Bearer customers onto its platform over time and use Bearer’s engine and AI assistant to deepen scanning, precision, and remediation workflows.

Ankura Acquires UnitedLex's Managed Detection and Response Business

The transactions (Cybera sold by Sumeru Equity Partners) bring managed security, network security and SD‑WAN capabilities to PDI’s convenience retail, petroleum and multi‑site customers; advisors were Jefferies LLC (Cybera) and Raymond James (ControlScan).

Resilience Acquires BreachQuest
