Braes Capital Acquires Siege Technologies

The acquisition positions Braes to build broader cyber capabilities to protect critical infrastructure across federal, energy and financial services markets; Siege was divested by Nehemiah Security to allow Nehemiah to focus on its Risk Quantifier SaaS.
