Braes Capital Acquires Siege Technologies

Houston-based merchant bank Braes Capital has acquired Siege Technologies, a Chantilly, Virginia cybersecurity research and development firm focused on the federal market. The acquisition positions Braes to build broader cyber capabilities to protect critical infrastructure across federal, energy and financial services markets; Siege was divested by Nehemiah Security to allow Nehemiah to focus on its Risk Quantifier SaaS.
