ThreatConnect Inc. acquired substantially all assets of Nehemiah Security, Inc. (deal closed August 18, 2020 via purchaser vehicle NS Holdings LLC), adding Cyber Risk Quantification (CRQ) capabilities to its Threat Intelligence Platform and SOAR offering. The acquisition brings Nehemiah's Risk Quantifier into ThreatConnect's platform to enable risk-led prioritization and align security actions to business impact.
