QuantiTech LLC, a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital LLC, has merged with Millennium Engineering and Integration Company (MEI) to form a combined engineering services leader serving U.S. defense and civilian agencies. The combined company will strengthen systems engineering and integration capabilities across space, missile defense, cyber, intelligence and aviation; financial terms were not disclosed.

Sagewind Capital Invests in QuantiTech LLC

New York-based private equity firm Sagewind Capital made a minority growth investment in QuantiTech LLC, a Huntsville, Alabama–based provider of technical engineering services to the U.S. defense and space community. QuantiTech's existing management will remain in place and retain significant equity; Sagewind said it will support QuantiTech’s growth strategy, including acquisitions and capability expansion.

TTM Technologies Acquires Telephonics Corporation from Griffon

TTM Technologies completed the acquisition of Telephonics Corporation from Griffon Corporation for $330 million in cash (subject to post-closing adjustments). The deal transfers Griffon’s long‑time avionics and RF business to TTM to expand its aerospace and defense capabilities; Lazard advised Griffon and J.P. Morgan advised TTM on the transaction.

Virtual Technologies Group Acquires Quotient, Inc.

Virtual Technologies Group (VTG), with strategic capital from Jacmel Partners and financing from Brightwood Capital Advisors, has acquired Quotient, Inc., a provider of systems integration, full‑stack software development, cybersecurity and related IT services to U.S. federal agencies. Quotient will operate as a subsidiary of VTG as the combined company expands VTG's government contracting capabilities and broadens its IT managed and professional services offering to a nationwide customer base.
