TTM Technologies Acquires Telephonics Corporation from Griffon

TTM Technologies completed the acquisition of Telephonics Corporation from Griffon Corporation for $330 million in cash (subject to post-closing adjustments). The deal transfers Griffon’s long‑time avionics and RF business to TTM to expand its aerospace and defense capabilities; Lazard advised Griffon and J.P. Morgan advised TTM on the transaction.

(WTT), including its Boonton, Holzworth and Noisecom divisions, in a deal expected to close in Q3 2023 subject to shareholder approval and customary conditions. The acquisition expands Maury's RF test and measurement capabilities and access to end markets including aerospace, defense, satellite communications, semiconductors and emerging applications such as quantum and directed energy; WTT will continue to operate from its New Jersey headquarters under its current leadership.
