Choice Health at Home Acquires Texas Assets of Abiding Home Health

Choice Health at Home (Choice), a Texas-based provider of home health, hospice, private duty, and rehabilitation services, has acquired the Texas assets of Abiding Home Health, expanding Choice's presence along the I-35 corridor between Dallas and San Antonio. The deal strengthens Choice's home health service footprint in Central Texas and is an add-on to its PE-backed platform (partnered with Trive Capital and Coltala Holdings) to support further regional expansion.

Traditions Health Acquires Physician's Choice Hospice and Palladium Hospice and Palliative Care
