Trive Capital and Coltala Holdings Invest in Choice Health at Home

Dallas-based private equity firm Trive Capital, in partnership with DFW-based Coltala Holdings, has made a growth investment in Choice Health at Home, a Tyler, Texas-based geriatric post-acute home health and hospice provider. The capital package — including senior debt, subordinated debt and preferred equity — is intended to accelerate Choice's geographic expansion and add-on acquisition strategy across multiple Southwestern states.
