Creative Science, a CIMA Animal Health company (portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners), has acquired Infiniti Medical LLC and its subsidiary Orthomed UK Ltd. The deal adds veterinary interventional radiology, cardiology, soft-tissue surgery and orthopedic products and training capabilities to Creative Science's animal health platform to accelerate product innovation, manufacturing scale and educational programs for veterinarians.

BioCryst Pharmaceuticals Acquires Astria Therapeutics

BioCryst Pharmaceuticals has completed its acquisition of Astria Therapeutics for an implied transaction value of approximately $700 million, financed with cash on hand and a ~$396.6 million facility provided by funds managed by Blackstone plus ~37.3 million BioCryst shares issued to Astria equity holders. The deal adds Astria's Phase 3 long-acting plasma kallikrein inhibitor navenibart to BioCryst's hereditary angioedema (HAE) portfolio and provides Astria's early-stage atopic dermatitis program (STAR0310) for which BioCryst will pursue strategic alternatives.

The deal expands Revival’s product and service offerings to veterinary professionals, breeders and shelters and represents an add-on acquisition to Revival’s platform.

Astorg Acquires FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific's Medical Media Business as Add-on to Combined ART Platform

Astorg has signed a definitive agreement to acquire FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific's Medical Media Business (Irvine Scientific MBU) from FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific, adding culture and vitrification media products to its recently combined assisted reproductive technology (ART) platform created from Hamilton Thorne and Cook Medical's Reproductive Health business. The deal is an add-on designed to create a global ART MedTech leader by expanding product capabilities for fertility clinics and IVF laboratories; financial terms were not disclosed.
