Cynosure Acquires MyEllevate Surgical Suture System

Cynosure, a PE-backed medical aesthetics device company, has agreed to acquire the MyEllevate Surgical Suture System to expand its portfolio of minimally invasive facial rejuvenation solutions. The deal brings the patented ICLED light-guided suture technology and associated disposable surgical kit into Cynosure's product lineup to offer physicians a less-invasive alternative for facial/neck rejuvenation.
