The deal will strengthen Compass' title and escrow portfolio and enable tighter integration between its brokerage platform and adjacent services; terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Kensington Vanguard Acquires GRS Title Services

BridgeTrust operated for more than 20 years with 18 offices in eight states and over 130 employees; all employees and offices are now fully integrated into KV's operations.

Truist Insurance Holdings Acquires Kensington Vanguard National Land Services

Truist Insurance Holdings, a subsidiary of Truist Financial Corporation, has closed the acquisition of Kensington Vanguard National Land Services, one of the largest independent national title insurance and settlement agencies. The deal consolidates BridgeTrust Title Group under the Kensington Vanguard (KV) brand and establishes a new Insurance Services Division to expand Truist's title insurance, settlement and premium finance capabilities.
