Compass, the real estate technology company, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire First Alliance Title LLC, a leading title and escrow provider in the Denver metro area. The acquisition expands Compass' title and escrow portfolio and advances its goal of offering an end-to-end platform for residential real estate transactions; terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close by year-end.

Compass, Inc. has agreed to acquire Glide Labs, Inc., a San Francisco-based real-estate transaction management platform used by over 60,000 agents in California. Compass said it will keep Glide as an open platform for all agents, invest in expanding the product across additional states, and maintain data separation to preserve user trust.
