Ansys Acquires Minority Stake in Humanetics

Ansys has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a minority ownership interest in Humanetics from Bridgepoint, deepening an existing partnership to better integrate Humanetics’ physical safety systems and digital models with Ansys’ simulation portfolio. The deal aims to accelerate development of digital-twin-enabled human safety solutions for the automotive industry and other end markets, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
