Humanetics has acquired mg-sensor GmbH, a Germany-based designer and manufacturer of precision sensors and calibration services, to expand its sensor, hardware and IoT capabilities. mg-sensor will continue operating under its current management in Rheinmünster and will integrate with Humanetics’ Safety, Digital and Sensors groups to accelerate product and service offerings across automotive, medical and industrial end markets.

Ansys Acquires Minority Stake in Humanetics

Ansys has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a minority ownership interest in Humanetics from Bridgepoint, deepening an existing partnership to better integrate Humanetics’ physical safety systems and digital models with Ansys’ simulation portfolio. The deal aims to accelerate development of digital-twin-enabled human safety solutions for the automotive industry and other end markets, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

Bruker Acquires Dynamic Biosensors GmbH

Bruker Corporation has acquired Dynamic Biosensors GmbH, a Munich-based developer of single-cell interaction cytometry and biosensor instruments, to strengthen Bruker’s biosensors portfolio. The deal combines Dynamic Biosensors’ heliXcyto and heliX+ technologies with Bruker’s high-throughput SPR systems to expand capabilities and product offerings for drug discovery and biopharma research; financial terms were not disclosed.

Century Technology Group (Mutually Human's parent/family office) managed the transaction; leadership changes include Jordan Poortenga (founder of Mirrorlytics) becoming Vice President of Analytics and Jason Kuipers leading as President.
