Revint Solutions Acquires Praxis Healthcare Solutions

Revint Solutions, a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, has acquired Praxis Healthcare Solutions to strengthen Revint's revenue integrity, denials management, and complex claims recovery capabilities. Praxis, headquartered in Plano, Texas and led by founder April Kooiman, will join Revint's enterprise revenue recovery platform; Greenberg Advisors served as exclusive M&A advisor to Praxis. Terms were not disclosed.

Revint Solutions Acquires Triage Consulting Group to Form Cloudmed

Revint Solutions acquired Triage Consulting Group and the combined organization has been rebranded as Cloudmed. The transaction — facilitated by private equity firms including New Mountain Capital and with ties to Eir Partners — combines Revint's technology-driven revenue integrity platform with Triage's hospital revenue recovery services to create an end-to-end Revenue Intelligence offering for hospitals and health systems. Terms were not disclosed.

MedData Acquires RevClaims, LLC

The add-on expands MedData’s capabilities in complex claims recovery as it pursues niche RCM acquisitions to broaden its service offering and geographic presence.

Prime Health Services Acquires InterWest Health

Prime Health Services, a national cost-management and PPO network company based in Franklin, Tennessee, has acquired and integrated InterWest Health, a regional PPO/provider network serving the U.S. Mountain Region. The acquisition expands Prime Health Services' provider access across Montana, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming—adding access to over 25,000 physicians, hospitals, and other providers—while InterWest will continue to operate as a separate organization with Wendy Koster remaining as Executive Director.

Boston-based private equity firm WestView Capital Partners completed a growth recapitalization investment in Receivable Solutions, LLC (RSi), a Columbia, South Carolina–headquartered provider of revenue cycle management (RCM) services to hospitals and health systems. The transaction will support RSi’s continued growth and scale its outsourced RCM capabilities while founders Paul Reardon and Donnie Durant remain involved and will sit on the company’s board alongside WestView.
