Revint Solutions acquired Triage Consulting Group and the combined organization has been rebranded as Cloudmed. The transaction — facilitated by private equity firms including New Mountain Capital and with ties to Eir Partners — combines Revint's technology-driven revenue integrity platform with Triage's hospital revenue recovery services to create an end-to-end Revenue Intelligence offering for hospitals and health systems.
