Chicago-based Sentrics, a PE-backed senior living technology platform, has acquired Akron, Ohio–based SeniorTV to integrate community-specific television programming, internet and WiFi solutions into its suite of resident engagement and safety technologies. The deal expands Sentrics' entertainment and connectivity capabilities for senior living communities and brings SeniorTV founder Rick Briggs into an expanded leadership role at Sentrics.

LifeLoop Acquires Linked Senior

The deal brings approximately 600 communities and 50,000 residents onto LifeLoop's platform and will integrate Linked Senior's team into LifeLoop leadership to accelerate product capabilities and customer support.

Sentral Acquires Align Residential

Sentral has acquired Align Residential, a national residential management firm, expanding Sentral's portfolio to 40 communities across 15 U.S. cities and increasing its managed footprint to over 10,000 apartment units. Roman Speron, former CEO of Align Residential, will join Sentral as Chief Development Officer to lead development, design & construction, hospitality services, and JV partnerships.
