Sentrics Acquires Silversphere Technologies

Sentrics, a PE-backed senior-living technology platform, has acquired Silversphere Technologies to strengthen its resident safety, monitoring and AI-driven predictive care capabilities. Silversphere’s founder’s grandson Brian Dawson will remain President and take on an expanded executive role within Sentrics as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer.
