The deal combines I‑MED’s established teleradiology operations and AI initiatives with StatRad’s cloud-based platform and US radiologist network to scale remote radiology services for hospitals and clinics.

IK Partners Acquires Medica Group

IK Partners, via newly incorporated Moonlight Bidco Limited, has completed its acquisition of Medica Group Plc, a market-leading teleradiology and imaging-services provider headquartered in Hastings, UK. The transaction (effective 6 July 2023) takes Medica private; IK says it will support Medica's growth by investing in people, technology and new capabilities, including through M&A.

LDC Acquires Medray Group from Erisbeg

LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, has invested in Medray Group, a provider of diagnostic imaging equipment and services, marking an exit for Irish PE investor Erisbeg. The deal (subject to CCPC approval) will see LDC back Medray's management to pursue growth through sales investment, complementary acquisitions and expansion into additional imaging modalities across the UK and Ireland.

Midstate Radiology Associates Acquires Radiology Group, P.C.

Midstate Radiology Associates, LLC has acquired Radiology Group, P.C., adding the latter's two outpatient imaging locations in Branford and Hamden, Connecticut to Midstate’s network. The deal expands Midstate’s geographic footprint in Connecticut and increases access to comprehensive imaging services (CT, mammography, ultrasound, X-ray, DEXA) coordinated with local physicians.

Radiology Partners Acquires MEDNAX Radiology Solutions

Premier Radiology Services, a private equity-backed teleradiology provider, has acquired Specialists in Diagnostic Imaging (d/b/a NationalRad), a Deerfield Beach, Florida-based subspecialty teleradiology group. The acquisition expands Premier's subspecialty capabilities and clinical capacity for outpatient imaging centers, orthopedic practices, university healthcare systems and other customers; financial terms were not disclosed.
