(NYSE: BGSF), a national provider of consulting, managed services and workforce solutions, acquired Texas-based Horn Solutions, Inc., a workforce solutions firm focused on finance, accounting and IT staffing. The acquisition adds Horn’s teams and capabilities across Houston, Dallas and Austin to BGSF’s consulting and managed services platforms, enabling cross-selling and expanded IT managed services.

BGSF, Inc. Acquires Momentum Solutionz

(NYSE: BGSF) completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of Momentum Solutionz, LLC, a provider of IT consulting and managed services, for $3.78 million at closing plus up to $2.22 million in earnout. The deal expands BGSF’s IT solutions and recurring managed-services capabilities and adds Momentum’s ERP-focused consulting, cloud and managed-service offerings across BGSF’s client base.

BG Staffing, Inc. (BGSF) completed the acquisition of EdgeRock Technology Partners on February 3, 2020 for $21.6 million in cash to expand its IT consulting and managed services capabilities. EdgeRock, headquartered in Boston with regional offices in Phoenix and Tampa, reported approximately $41 million in unaudited revenue for fiscal 2019 and will continue to operate under the EdgeRock trade name within BGSF's Professional segment.

Barr GeoSpatial Solutions Acquires Forsite Consultants

Arroyo Investors Makes Growth Investment in Mesa Solutions

Arroyo Investors, a Houston-based investment manager, closed a growth investment in Mesa Solutions, a Loveland, Colorado company that designs, assembles, deploys and services portable and stationary natural gas-fired power generation systems. The investment will support Mesa’s expansion in distributed generation and microgrids, including its Portable Power Units and emerging Distributable Power Units (500 kW PowerCore) offerings for commercial, industrial and government customers.
