(NYSE: BGSF) completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of Arroyo Consulting LLC, a nearshore/offshore professional workforce solutions firm specializing in IT and software development. The deal adds Arroyo's global delivery footprint (operations in the U.S., Medellín, Colombia and Telangana, India), roughly 300+ IT professionals and expands BGSF's software development, testing and managed services capabilities.

(GSI), a provider of distribution design and vegetation management software for the power and utility industry. The add-on acquisition, which closed January 2, 2026, expands SBS’s intelligent design platform with GSI’s cloud-based Distribution Design Studio (DDS) and mobile Forester field offerings to better serve utilities and infrastructure customers across North America and Europe.

PNC Riverarch Capital Acquires Barr GeoSpatial Solutions

PNC Riverarch Capital has acquired Barr GeoSpatial Solutions from 24/6 Capital Partners and other minority investors. Barr GeoSpatial, a North American provider of aerial LiDAR, remote sensing, methane leak detection and AI-enabled geospatial services headquartered in Texas, will partner with Riverarch and reinvesting management to support an accelerated growth plan including organic initiatives and acquisitions.

Galway will retain Forsite's existing management team and provide capital to accelerate development and repurposing of legacy fossil-fuel sites into renewable projects across the United States.

Financing for the transaction was provided by EagleBank and Route 2 Capital Partners.
