Continental Mapping Acquires Geographic Information Services (GISinc)

Continental Mapping Consultants, a Bluestone Investment Partners portfolio company, has acquired Geographic Information Services, Inc. (GISinc). The deal creates one of North America's largest pure-play geospatial services firms, expanding Continental Mapping's capabilities in enterprise GIS, cloud migrations, analytics and geospatial data services; GISinc brings over 350 employees across 30 states. Financing for the transaction was provided by EagleBank and Route 2 Capital Partners.
